This policy explains what information we collect when you visit surgetactic.com or contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this short because we don't collect much.

Who we are

Surge Tactic is a trade name of Eviren LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. When this policy says "we," "us," or "Surge Tactic," we mean Eviren LLC operating as Surge Tactic. You can reach us at [email protected]. Our mailing address is at the bottom of this page.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out the contact form on this site, you provide information voluntarily. That typically includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if you choose to share it)
• The organization or campaign you're contacting us about
• Details about your race, budget, timeline, or goals (whatever you put in the message field)

We only ask for what we need to respond to you and prepare a useful first conversation. We don't ask for Social Security numbers, payment information, passwords, dates of birth, demographic data, biometric data, precise geolocation, or anything similar.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this site, our analytics and advertising tools may automatically collect limited technical information, including your IP address, approximate location (city or region, not precise GPS), browser and device type, operating system, the pages you viewed, the site that referred you, and the time you visited. This is standard website analytics data and helps us understand how the site is used and improve it.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• Reply to your inquiry and schedule a conversation
• Prepare a relevant proposal or strategy recommendation

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We also do not share your personal information with third parties for their own targeted advertising purposes. Some of the advertising tools we use (such as Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag) may technically involve "sharing" as defined under California's privacy law when they help us re-engage visitors with our own ads. If you don't want that, you can opt out via the consent banner on the site, your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, or the opt-out tools listed in the Cookie Policy.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, each under a written contract limiting what they can do with the data. That includes:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector): our contact form provider and CRM, where inquiries land and marketing emails are sent from
• Google Analytics 4: website analytics
• Google Tag Manager: loads and manages tracking tags
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): the Meta Pixel helps us measure ad performance and reach people who have visited the site
• LinkedIn: the Insight Tag does the same for LinkedIn ads
• Termly: our cookie consent banner and privacy request handler
• Cloudflare: hosts and delivers this website

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a lawful legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form inquiries in HighLevel for as long as there's an active business reason to, typically the duration of a client relationship plus whatever period our accounting and tax obligations require. If you want us to delete your information earlier, email [email protected] and we will.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our CRM and email tools, and standard vendor security practices. No online transmission is 100% secure, but we do what responsible businesses should do.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, US state privacy laws (including the California CCPA/CPRA, Colorado Privacy Act, Virginia CDPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, Texas TDPSA, Oregon OCPA, and others) may give you the following rights:

• Know what personal information we have about you
• Access a copy of that information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address associated with the information you're asking about. We will verify the request and respond within the time frame required by the applicable law (usually 45 days). If we decline a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it as a valid opt-out request under applicable state privacy laws. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.

Do Not Track

There is no consistent industry standard for Do Not Track signals, so we do not currently respond to them. We do respond to GPC signals (above).

Children

This site and our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our practices or the law changes. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the site or contact you directly if we have your email.
